I Learned This Business the Hard Way
My name is Vincent, and I started my first coffee camper in 2015 with no barista experience, no construction experience, and no business experience.
I had to figure out the permits, equipment, plumbing, power, inspections, pricing, and buildout process while I was already in the middle of it.
Within two years, I had expanded into a coffee trailer, a coffee truck, four coffee carts, and a brick-and-mortar coffee shop. Since 2019, I’ve helped aspiring mobile coffee owners better understand what it actually takes to get started.
