Vincent LaVolpa is a Purple Heart Combat Veteran serving with the 16th Engineer Battalion in Baghdad Iraq. He later became a paramedic with Albuquerque’s 911 service and used his GI Bill to get a degree in Emergency Medicine.
After reaching burn out, he decided to make the jump into his passion: Coffee. He started Green Joe Coffee Truck in 2015 with no business experience and no barista experience. What he lacked in experience, he made up in grit and humility.
His low start up coffee trailer took off the first year. He reinvested into a second truck, four carts and eventually a brick and mortar where he roasted his own beans.
In 2019, he became a full-time consultant reading hundreds of county regulations and beginning to build his own trailers and carts. Now he teaches online courses, in person courses, and spends time building coffee trailers and coffee carts.
His passion is helping other entrepreneurs launch their mobile coffee dreams.
