My Loyalty Program Strategy
For my coffee business, I offered a free 8th cup as part of my loyalty program. This approach worked because it:

  • Rewarded consistent customers without cutting into my margins too much.
  • Made it easy for customers to track their progress toward earning rewards.
  • Encouraged customers to visit regularly, often returning every week or two.

    I also made sure to price slightly higher and offer deeper discounts as part of the loyalty program. This strategy provided an extra incentive without affecting my bottom line.

Once your program is in place, advertise it! Make sure your customers know about the rewards they can earn by sticking with you. Signs at your stand or digital reminders can work wonders.
