This course provides a comprehensive framework for planning, constructing, and launching a mobile coffee trailer. Students will learn how to evaluate trailer options, design layouts that meet code requirements, and coordinate the sequence of construction tasks that lead to a fully operational business. Emphasis is placed on regulatory compliance, technical build systems, and practical operations that prepare students to serve customers immediately upon launch.
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
