Online Course Agreement

This Online Course Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of [Date], by and between Green Joe Coffee Truck LLC, a New Mexico, United States limited liability company with its principal place of business at [Address] (“Green Joe Coffee Truck LLC”), and Student residing at [Address] (“Student”).

Acceptance of Terms

By clicking “Agree” or “I Accept” on this website, the Student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. This acceptance constitutes a legally binding electronic signature with the same effect as a handwritten signature. This Agreement becomes effective immediately upon acceptance.

Course Overview

Green Joe Coffee Truck LLC offers an online course (“Course”) focused on educating individuals about starting a mobile coffee business. The Course covers:

Business fundamentals
Buildout essentials for mobile coffee trailers
Operational guidance

1. Educational Purposes and Disclaimer

The Course is for educational purposes only. While it provides business and buildout fundamentals:

Success is not guaranteed.
Outcomes may vary depending on external factors.
Students must seek advice from professionals (electricians, contractors, etc.) to comply with regulations.

Green Joe Coffee Truck LLC is not liable for any harm resulting from reliance on Course material.

2. Use and Duplication of Course Material

Students are prohibited from sharing or reproducing Course content except for building their own mobile coffee/beverage business.

This includes course methods, checklists, and curriculum structure.
Fair use does not apply.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action and monetary damages.

3. Non-Compete Clause

Students agree not to engage in activities that compete with Green Joe Coffee Truck LLC for three (3) years, including:

Coffee business consulting (eBooks, courses, 1:1 sessions)
Building or selling coffee trailers, carts, or trucks in the U.S.
Offering similar services through any business venture

Exceptions must be approved in writing. Violations may result in legal action.

4. Payment Responsibility

Regardless of attendance or withdrawal, Students agree to:

Pay in full per their selected plan
Communicate any financial difficulty
Work toward an adjusted payment plan if needed

Failure to pay may result in:

Debt collection
Accrued late fees or interest
Legal action per applicable law

5. Personal Guarantee

Students personally guarantee:

Fulfillment of payment obligations
Responsibility for all outstanding fees

Failure to pay allows Green Joe Coffee Truck LLC to pursue all available legal remedies.

6. Jurisdiction for Litigation

Green Joe Coffee Truck LLC reserves the right to choose the jurisdiction for any dispute arising from this Agreement.

7. Termination

Students who terminate this Agreement remain responsible for all fees owed.

Withdrawal does not cancel financial obligations under any agreed payment plan.

8. Payment Clause

Course prices:

Coffee Cart Crash Course: $397
Coffee Cart MasterClass: $1,188 (4 payments of $297)
Coffee Truck Crash Course: $597
Coffee Truck MasterClass: $1,188 (4 payments of $297)

Additional terms:

Late payments may incur fees or suspension
ACH authorization is required for recurring payments
No chargebacks allowed except for fraud
All payments are considered final and legitimate

9. Chargeback Authorization

Any chargeback is considered unauthorized unless legally justified
$500 fee applies to unauthorized chargebacks
Students must reimburse Green Joe Coffee Truck LLC for any chargeback-related damages

10. Refund Policy

The Course is 100% non-refundable. No exceptions for:

Attendance
Satisfaction
Completion status

This policy overrides any contradictory claims elsewhere.

11. Duration of Access and Subscription Options

Course access lasts 1 year from enrollment
After expiration, Students may continue access via a $49/month subscription
Subscription is month-to-month and can be canceled at any time
Fee changes will be communicated in advance

12. Privacy Policy

Green Joe Coffee Truck LLC collects personal information solely for course access, payment processing, and communication.

No personal data is sold or shared for advertising
Industry-standard security is used
Cookies may be used for platform experience
Course not intended for users under 18
Policy may be updated without notice

13. Update and Changes Policy

Green Joe Coffee Truck LLC may change:

Online meeting times

Changes will be communicated via email or platform announcements. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updates.

14. Code of Conduct

Students must:

Treat all peers and staff respectfully
Stay on-topic during discussions
Use professional communication

Violations:

Verbal warning
Written warning
Course removal without refund

15. Updates and Changes

No refunds will be issued for curriculum or schedule changes.
Continued use of the course confirms acceptance of all updates.

16. Severability

If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the rest remains fully enforceable.

17. Agreement Acknowledgement

By purchasing the course, the Student agrees to:
